We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. If a pricing error occurs on an order we will contact you before processing and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Orders

By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed and a shipping notification once it has been dispatched.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the United States takes 5–8 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Once your order has been dispatched risk of loss passes to you.

Digital Products

The Mama Move Movement Guide is delivered digitally. Once accessed it is non-refundable. By purchasing any product that includes the Movement Guide you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

All content on the Mama Move website including text, images, logos and product designs is the property of Mama Move and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our express written permission.

Limitation Of Liability

Mama Move is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our products are designed to support comfort and movement during pregnancy and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or movement routine during pregnancy.
