Shipping Policy
At Mama Move we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping within the United States takes 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $139. Orders under $139 are shipped at a flat rate of $7.99. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at trymamamove@gmail.com and we will look into this for you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Mama Move is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order please contact us immediately at trymamamove@gmail.com and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it please check with neighbours and any safe locations around your property first. If you are still unable to locate your package please contact us at trymamamove@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon. If you would like to be notified when we begin shipping to your country please contact us at trymamamove@gmail.com.
