We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee on all orders. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll process a full refund — no complicated process, no fine print.

How To Request A Refund

Email us at trymamamove@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1–2 business days. Once approved your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping

For change of mind returns we ask that items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect in which case we will cover the return shipping in full.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item please email us at trymamamove@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required.

Digital Products

The Mama Move Movement Guide is a digital product. Due to its nature it is non-refundable once accessed. If you purchased the Signature Bundle and are requesting a refund the movement guide portion of the bundle value will be excluded from the refund total.
